2. General information on data processing

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is only collected, processed and used to the extent that is technically necessary and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (in particular the GDPR, BDSG, TMG). Processing only takes place if:

  • it is necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
  • there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR) or
  • there is a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

3. Hosting & access data

This website is hosted by SITE123, a website builder based in Israel. Israel is considered a safe third country within the meaning of the GDPR according to a decision by the EU Commission. When you visit the website, access data is automatically stored in so-called server log files. These include, among other things:

  • IP address (anonymised)
  • Date and time of the request
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)
  • Name of the file accessed

The processing serves to ensure the smooth operation and security of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). A corresponding data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with SITE123.

4. Cookies and consent tool

This website uses cookies. Some are technically necessary (e.g. for language selection, login), others serve statistical purposes (e.g. Google Analytics). When you first visit the website, a cookie banner appears, allowing you to consent to or refuse certain processing. The basis for setting non-essential cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. 5. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies that generate information about your use of this website (including your IP address). However, the IP address is anonymised before storage (IP anonymisation is active). 6. Integration of YouTube videos

Our website integrates videos via YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). These videos are not listed and are only accessible via this page. When played, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and cookies may be set. This may result in the transfer of personal data (e.g. IP address) to Google servers in the USA. The basis for this is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

If you contact us via the contact form, the following data will be processed: Name, email address, your message.

This data will be stored for as long as necessary to process your request.If you wish to delete your data, please contact us at info@bombbomb.com.

This data will be used exclusively for processing your enquiry (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

8. Newsletter via BombBomb

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the BombBomb platform to send emails and video messages. The provider is BombBomb Inc., Colorado Springs, CO, USA. When you subscribe, the following data is processed:

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • IP address, time of registration (double opt-in procedure)
